📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable fisheries policies and programs.
• Oversee the enforcement of fisheries regulations and ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform policy decisions and program development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including fishermen, industry experts, and government agencies, to ensure the effective execution of programs.
• Promote sustainable fishing practices and enhance the livelihoods of fishing communities.
• Represent the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung at national and international forums and events.
• Manage and mentor a team of fisheries officers and support staff.
• Ensure the effective use of advanced tools and software, such as GIS and fisheries management software, to support policy and program development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fisheries management, policy development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian fisheries laws, regulations, and policies.
• Proven track record of successful policy development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with advanced tools and software, such as GIS and fisheries management software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
