📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus.
