📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the medical center.,Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
