📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Oversee and coordinate the work of branch staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, including budgets, expenditures, and financial reports to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.,Represent the branch at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar organization.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is desirable.
