Link Central Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy F&B Service to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and service, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other service departments to ensure timely and efficient food service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Train and supervise staff to ensure they meet service standards.,Assist in preparing and serving food to guests when necessary.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B service industry, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong multitasking and time management abilities.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.,Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
