📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the health center, including scheduling, patient care, and staff coordination.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of health programs and initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Participate in staff training and development activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software and systems.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
