📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee communications and newsletters.,Support the HR Manager in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Assist in the maintenance of a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
