📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet by ensuring all daily operations run smoothly.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, including stocking shelves and managing inventory.,Support the sales team by assisting with product demonstrations and promotions.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.
