📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Source and screen potential candidates for various positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and data analysis.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
