📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons,Support students' learning needs and provide additional resources as required,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment,Assist in the preparation and grading of student work,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities,Assist in the organization and management of classroom materials and resources,Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field,Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms,Passion for education and a commitment to student success,Ability to adapt to changing teaching methods and curricula,Excellent organizational and time management skills
