📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective food production.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer demands and trends.,Manage a team of chefs, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen operations.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of ingredients.,Participate in cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
