📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
