📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.,Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
