📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
