📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Oversee inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.,Implement and monitor warehouse management systems and software.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
