📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of crew members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.,Coordinate and schedule crew members' work shifts and assignments.,Ensure that all crew members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Train and develop new crew members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate crew members' performance to identify areas for improvement.,Resolve conflicts and issues among crew members in a fair and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Ensure that all crew members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crew Member or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hospitality industry software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
