Hub Home Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize our clients' financial positions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' financial positions.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members as needed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all financial and operational activities are tax-efficient.,Monitor and report on tax-related risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of accounting software and tax preparation tools is a plus.,Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
