Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in ensuring our training initiatives are effective and aligned with our organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and performance.,Evaluate training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Lead and mentor training teams to ensure high-quality delivery.,Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring training teams.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
