📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the entire molding production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and work orders using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events, to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in molding production leadership roles, with a proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes and materials, including but not limited to injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
