📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
