📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Create and manage job postings across various platforms to reach a wide audience.
  • Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
