📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and lead a team of staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage inventory and budget to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and execute special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
