📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs and policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.,Provide leadership and guidance to the safety and health team, fostering a culture of safety and well-being.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the integration of safety and health considerations into all operations.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety and health documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in a hospitality or theme park environment.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of international health and safety standards and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with safety management systems and software is a plus.
