📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Provide financial training and support to junior staff,Monitor and manage cash flow and bank reconciliations,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
