📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and motivate a team of telemarketing agents to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image for the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
