📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of manufacturing and logistics sites, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and adequate supply of materials.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and quality control software is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to different sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
