📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our brand.,Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.,Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure that we are getting the best deals.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the retail industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and situations.
