📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our company's strategic objectives.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to our employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs, participants, and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid SIM A or C.
