📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
