Space Diamond Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company objectives and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure program relevance.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR software.
