📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage delivery routes using GPS and mapping tools like Google Maps or Waze.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers.
• Maintain and service the company's fleet of motorbikes.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any delivery-related inquiries.
• Track and report delivery status using our in-house logistics software.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize delivery routes and improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license for motorbike.
• Familiarity with GPS and mapping tools like Google Maps or Waze.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and local area is a plus.
