📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and drive change management.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, including system landscapes, data models, and integration strategies.
• Leverage tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Azure to support transformation efforts.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Report on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record in driving digital transformation.
• Certifications in TOGAF, PMI-PBA, or similar frameworks are a plus.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and BI solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
