📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed estimates for construction projects using Bluebeam and PlanSwift.
- Analyze project plans and quantify materials and labor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in estimating or construction-related roles.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and PlanSwift software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
