You will assist with ticketing, greeting guests, and ensuring that our cinemas are clean and well-maintained. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with ticketing and box office operations
• Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cinema
• Ensure the proper operation of cinema equipment and facilities
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Participate in team events and promotions to enhance the guest experience
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and procedures
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of cinema supplies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic cinema operations and equipment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
