📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and manage contracts with insurance companies to ensure optimal reimbursement rates for our medical services.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to streamline claim processes and reduce administrative burdens.
• Provide expert medical advice to insurance companies on the latest medical treatments and technologies.
• Monitor and analyze reimbursement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurance partners to foster long-term collaboration.
• Participate in hospital committees and working groups to drive strategic initiatives in healthcare.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the insurance and healthcare industries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (S1/S2) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical or healthcare-related role, preferably in insurance relations or contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian insurance landscape and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
