📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of facials, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications using high-quality products.
• Administer advanced beauty treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Consult with guests to assess their skin concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in skincare and beauty therapy.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel relaxed and well-cared for during their treatments.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Face & Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury spa setting.
• Certified in advanced skincare techniques and treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Proficient in using a range of skincare and beauty products, including high-end brands.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with a focus on the skin and facial muscles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
