Crewing Assistant (Maritime) - Full-Time

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire crewing process, from recruitment and selection to onboarding and training. You will work closely with our global network of crew agents, shipping companies, and maritime authorities to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations. You will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of our crew, including scheduling, deployment, and monitoring their performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end crewing process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
• Work with global crew agents, shipping companies, and maritime authorities to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Schedule and deploy crew members to ensure optimal vessel staffing.
• Monitor crew performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all crewing activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of crewing policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the Crewing Manager in the planning and execution of crewing strategies.
• Participate in crew changeovers and ensure smooth transitions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime crewing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with crew management software such as CrewLink or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate (SMC) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) are a plus.
